How to Request a Return or Refund
To start a return, email info@zenobu.com with your order number and reason for the request. Our team will send return instructions and the correct return address.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error, such as a damaged or incorrect item. Use a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns without tracking confirmation.

Exchanges

Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase if it has not been processed or shipped. Once processed or dispatched, cancellation is no longer available.
