This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders both domestically and internationally.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after payment confirmation. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method. The final cost is shown before purchase.

For domestic shipping:

  • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days
  • Express delivery: 1–3 business days

For international shipping:

  • Standard delivery: 10–20 business days
  • Express delivery: 5–10 business days

We ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery times vary due to customs processing and local postal services, which are outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and tracking link. You may also check your order status through your account.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may include import taxes, customs duties, and additional fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping cost.

Zenobu is not responsible for delays or charges caused by customs processing.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. If you spot an error, contact us immediately at info@zenobu.com.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes or rerouting.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or delayed, first check your tracking details and contact the shipping carrier. If unresolved, contact us at info@zenobu.com with your order number.

If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if not yet shipped. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
